MA remote control

The MA remote control is an universal and very easy to handle remote control application for all grandMA2 consoles and the grandMA2 onPC software. Since software version 3.1 the MA remote control is web browser based. Common internet browsers provide easy and user-friendly access.

All important operational functions of the grandMA2 can be realised with the MA Web remote. It is possible to select channels or fixtures, to adjust fixture´s intensity / position / colour and even more. All commands are accessible by the user, and executor playbacks can be both displayed and directly created. Therefore the MA remote control is perfectly suited for use as a remote focus unit for focusing on stage or as a rigger´s remote for function checking.
A permanent bi-directional communication between console and MA remote control is implemented either by one (or more) WLAN access points or by cable.

For software versions older than 3.1 the MA remote control app can be downloaded for free from the Apple® iTunes Store. It runs on all iPod touch® (from generation 3 onwards), iPhone® and iPad® devices.
