MA Lighting at Prolight + Sound 2017

At this year’s Prolight and Sound exhibition in Frankfurt, MA Lighting will highlight the latest features and functionality of its dynamic range of lighting control solutions at the booths C51 and C61 in hall 3.0.

MA Lighting’s dot2 series, shows off its latest and newest software release - version 1.3. A host of new and exciting features will allow users to work even faster and more intuitively than before. Web remote access, more master speed fader, increased effects functionality, high priority playbacks and many more enhancements are now incorporated. The dot2 support team – including many real dot2 users - will be on hand to answer questions and introduce all the new features.

New software, version 3.3 for MA Lighting’s renowned grandMA2 lighting control solution, will illustrate numerous additional features and workflow updates. A major step in keeping the fixture libraries updated is the new online ’MA Fixture Share’ which is unlocked with this latest software version. Another huge development is the fully re-worked partial show read functionality, as well as the new modes of DMX output function for the xPort Nodes, plus Offset for Pan/Tilt.

Furthermore, the MA VPU (Video Processing Unit) now has a completely reworked Warper functionality including pixel-exact U/V mapping and a snapshot / masking tools.

Hundreds of smaller improvements will also assist smoother workflow for the operator and programmer, making more time for creativity. Each grandMA2 demo-station on the booth will be supported by a qualified MA Support Team member or an experienced user to ensure your questions are answered.

Its powerful features like link aggregation (LAG) functionality can be seen and demonstrated first hand at a dedicated station in the center of the booth.
