Development of MA Lighting Technology management team

MA Lighting Technology is pleased to announce key developments in its leadership structure as the company continues its commitment to innovation, continuity, and long-term growth.

New Additions to the Management Team
Effective March 1, 2025, Stephanie Waldorf and Rene Berhorst have been appointed as Managing Directors of MA Lighting Technology. Stephanie has been with MA Lighting Technology for 6 years and has most recently been in the role of team leader finance, HR, and administration. Rene has previously been with MA Lighting International for more than 16 years, at the end as a Head of Product Management and has then moved to MA Lighting Technology in 2022 in the role of Intellectual Property Manager.

A New Role for Gerhard Krude
After 15 years of remarkable service as a Head of Software Development and since 2012 as Managing Director, Gerhard Krude is transitioning to a consultant role as of 01.04.2025. Gerhard will support MA Lighting Technology in this advisory capacity for the next two years. Gerhard has played an important role in the success of MA Lighting, and we are deeply grateful for his dedication. His advisory role will ensure continuity and provide valuable guidance during this period of transition.

Continuity and New Responsibilities
Stephanie and Rene will join Alexander Schneider as Managing Directors for the company. Stephanie Waldorf will take responsibility for the areas of HR, Finance and Digitalization. Rene Berhorst will put his focus on R&D and IP rights. Alexander Schneider will take the role of speaker of the management, he continues to focus on Manufacturing, Service and Purchasing. In addition, Alexander will look at more strategic companywide topics.
